I remember catching front wheel of my bike at exactly this spot. (I think I can just see the blood on the road).
A big polisman took me to the Royal and I had 3 stitches in my napper.

Hi Wellfield, you two are looking pretty good yourselves,
That picture was taken on Snowdon in Wales two years ago. Mind you Rettie was smiling through the pain as her knees were killing her.

Hi to both of you,thanks for the quick response,I can relate to the sore knee's Lettie,a couple of times a year I get a cortizone shot in my right knee,that enables me to continue going to the gym,I believe exersise is the best tonic.(fighting off the fact that I need a gaumie' wan') Thanks again! Do you find this valuable?

Good picture of you and Rettie, thanks for sharing it with us Archie, hope her knees are not so painful, like wellfield I had a cotisone injection in my wrist a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately it hasnt worked for me. Just dont want to have the operation they suggested I am a big feartie. Do you find this valuable?
