Family from Springbur with famous daughter
Feb 9 2008, 12:25 PM EST Hello, I'm in Canada. I met Heather Menzies, who played one of the children in The Sound of Music, the 2nd eldest daughter in the movie ( blond with pony tail) She was married to Hollywood actor Rober Urich. I had a small shop in the town close to their summer home. One day she brought her mother, sister and brother in to meet me. What a surpise when I found out her mother came from Springburn. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

If I remember right he came into our class around age 10ish in the middle of a term. Curious boy he was. He lived up the close next to Johnston Church on Springburn Road. Do you find this valuable? |

I`m sorry , but tht comes with the territory of being a Prefect !!Hi Fiona....to stop the emails coming click on your profile picture..you should see an option for 'Email preferences' click on that and untick the boxes that send out the messages. I know what you mean its a pain in the neck...but that should do it... The way the site works is that pages are given a subject and created. Then, to talk about it, you open a forum thread at the bottom of the page. Sometimes people are posting more than one forum per subject which is why some threads are hard to find. You can tick the box to watch threads also...click Ad this thread to my Watchlist hope this helps.... Do you find this valuable? |
