"Ah ken wit ye mean jmw212,there wis nights when ah came back fae the pub when ah thought ma close wis missin, but it wis always there the next day?----I know one thing, that the Boundry Bar was relocated to that corner, from the opposite coner,I think it's been documented on other sites, remember I'm talking back in the 1900s,I have a picture somewhere,it shows a little girl of about 3yrs old, standing with a man and there leaning against an old carbide lamp post." hi welly old springburn book shows photo of old and new boundary bar it says the new boundary bar of 1937-1938 no mention of why the old one disappeared.
