Angela

I've located Rhona Anderson - yeh and thanks to Jean for helping me - without Jean's guidance through the Internet I wouldn't have been so successful.

Trying to find Rhona Anderson, Helen Quinn and Janet Blaney. I went to school with them at Gourlay st late 60's and early 70's. I left Gourlay st in 1973 to move to Australia (when I was 12) and have thought about them often.

Hi. My dad was from Springburn and left the area during the second world war when he married my mum. He was Thomas Henderson Bookless and the family all were born and lived there eraly lives in and around the area. I only visited the family there once as more often they came to us. Grandfather was George, uncles included Archie, Murdo, Jimmy, and aunties included Effie, Margaret, Jessie. There were 14 kids in all but not all survved into adulthood. I've started on the family tree but it is all just too matter of fact. Just names and dates and that doesnt begin to tell me the story of how Dad grew up and what his life was like. If you can help me fill in those gaps I would be truly grateful. Tom
