I lived in Kay Street until 1964 when I married and went to live in Rutherglen. I moved to the north east of England in 1976. I attended Elmvale Street Primary and then Colston Secondary. I left in 1959 and went to work in Fyfe & McGrouther's then on to The Alexander Transport Co. where I worked until 1965.
